Here you can find information about tickets, ticket prices and gift vouchers.

How can I buy tickets?

You can order tickets through our website 24/7. You can pay by Bancontact, credit card, gift voucher or bank transfer.

Need help with your order? Call us at 02/229 53 00, send an email to info@bronks.be or come to our ticket counter on Wednesday between 13.00 and 17.30 or from one hour before the performance start. We’re happy to help. 

WAITING LIST

If the performance is sold out, you can register for the waiting list through the performance web page. You’ll receive an email if tickets become available. The digital waiting list closes one day before the performance. If you were unable to get tickets, you can also join the returns queue in person one hour before the start of the performance.

Cancellation & latecomers
  • Please make sure to arrive on time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
  • Purchased tickets will not be refunded. If you have a spare ticket, you can use Ticketswap to try and sell it.
  • Tickets will only be refunded if BRONKS cancels the performance.
Paying with a gift voucher 
  • You can use your gift voucher online or at the ticket desk. If you use it online, select your tickets and select the option ‘use gift voucher’ at checkout. Make sure to have your unique voucher code ready.
  • Gift vouchers are valid for two years, are not personalised, and can be used in multiple instalments. You can use them to buy tickets or to pay for workshops. Enjoy!

Pay what you can 

BRONKS loves a low threshold, which is why we use a pay-what-you-can system.

No early bird or age-based discounts, but a single, solidarity-based system that remains accessible to everyone all season long. You get to pick which rate fits your financial situation. That way, the lowest rates are accessible for those who need them, and these rates are available thanks to those who pay the highest. 

Our PWYC rates are €9 - €12 - €16* - €20 - €25, but these can change in case of guest programmes and festivals.

  • Are you in a comfortable position financially? By paying a higher rate, you make sure a fellow theatre lover can attend a performance or a workshop without financial worries.
  • If you can’t afford the higher rates (right now), feel free to pick a lower rate. You can also check out Paspartoe or Article 27.
  • Not sure which rate to choose? Our *suggested rate can help: it’s the one that makes sure we cover the cost of the performance.

Paspartoe

  • Paspartoe is a leisure pass that lets inhabitants of Brussels participate in cultural activities at reduced prices.
  • With your Paspartoe pass, you can save points for every visit to BRONKS and use them to buy a drink or a voucher.
  • If you qualify for the Paspartoe reduced rate, you can attend BRONKS performances for €2. You can book your tickets online (by entering your Paspartoe card number), at the ticket desk, via email or over the phone.
  • Would you like to use your Paspartoe culture vouchers or the Paspartoe discounted rate during the EXPORT/IMPORT FESTIVAL? Email us at info@festivalexportimport.be or call 02/229 53 00 and provide your Paspartoe number. We’ll be happy to take care of your reservation.
  • If you want to claim the Paspartoe reduced rate, please visit one of the Paspartoe sales points. Find more information here.
  • We also accept the Paspartoe pass for groups. Please find instructions for booking on the Groups page.

Article 27

If you have access to Article 27, you can attend BRONKS performances for €1.25. You can’t book these tickets online, but you can use your vouchers at the ticket desk. You can book a seat via email or over the phone and exchange your voucher for a ticket at the ticket desk on the night of the performance. You can also pay the remaining amount on the night.
